Beaded Lock Cable Ties

Application

Beaded cable ties are inexpensive releasable ties that are easy to install and reuse. The beaded ties are not ties for cinching and there is no tool required. The beads lock and release through keyhole slots and are effective for bundling and reinstallation of wires and cables. Natural ties are preferred for indoor use applications while UV Black is recommended for outdoor applications, providing greater resistance to ultraviolet light. Zhejiang tolerance stocks the Beaded ties in a variety of lengths from120MM,150MM,180MM(5”,6”7”) and strengths. Bulk packaging of 1000 ties per bag and smaller packaged quantities are available.

Nyon products

Nyon is hygroscopic, it will absorb moisture, and lose the moisture too. To ensure optimum performance, the material must maintain a 2.5% water. packaging may keep the moisture. In order to keep the quality，it's better to remain the original packaging for Inventories. if stored impropery especally in dry or cold environment, it will lose water from cable ties, and impact the use of cable ties. Once the package is opened; please use out the cable ties as soon as possible.

Max sustaiaable tempeature for short time:+110°C.

Good resistance to bases, oils, greases, oil derivates,chloride solvents. Limited resistance to acids.

Not resistant to phenols.

Carbon black addiction gives a better UV resistance (only for Black Cabe Ties)
