Nearly 100 pairs of moulds for nylon cable ties use hot runner system, which ensures smoother flow of plastic in the mould and more accurate dimensional parameters such as length and width of the cable ties.

TOLERANCE's nylon ties are manufactured without the use of heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium and other hazardous substances such as polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), and comply with Rohs and Reach environmental requirements.
